Thank you for supporting us but unfortunately we don't do any returns, replacements, or refunds of any stolen or damaged deliveries under any circumstances. Upon delivery, we make sure we packaged your order properly to avoid shipment or weather damages. We are here to help. Feel free to reach out to us with any of your concerns.
PICK-UP
Please allow for a few days for your order pick up so we can bake it fresh for you. Once we receive your order, you'll be receive a "confirmation email back" confirming that we got your order.
Don't forget to leave us your "contact information" (name, phone number, your order number) so we can message you once you're order is ready for pick up. You're pick up will include the pick up location at your chosen window time frame. Pls refer to the opening hours for pick up.
PICK-UP WINDOW TIMES:
Monday to Saturday: 10:00am to 9:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am to 6:00pm
SHIPPING
We can ship across GTA (Toronto, Durham, Halton, Peele & York) with a Delivery cost based on the location and includes HST that will be calculated at checkout when you enter the postal code.
Shipping outside of our delivery area, we'll do our best to accommodate your request by sending us a message in regards to this concern and we'll be happy to return to you as soon as we can.
